The Village Mortgage Hub is based in the beautiful village of Cotford St Luke, Taunton, Somerset. Our aim is to help anyone who may need advice and support on all things mortgage and insurance related. Whether you live in Somerset or further afield, we can accommodate to your needs.
We understand how important finding the right adviser for you can be, so here at The Village Mortgage Hub, we provide 1-2-1 support to you throughout the entire process. We will ensure you are always kept informed on progress and requirements on each stage of your mortgage/insurance application – but it doesn’t end there, we are also able to assist you with your solicitor needs with our closely connected team of surveyors, form filling, and any administrative tasks, including but not limited to liaising with conveyancers, estate agents and lenders on your behalf. We always have your best interests at heart, so if there is anything we can do to help with the process, we will do it!

Nikki – Founder & Director of The Village Mortgage Hub Limited.
Hi – I’m Nikki, mum to three boys, two dogs and two cats! I am originally from the West Midlands but moved to Somerset back in 2020 and I’ve not looked back since! I have worked in financial services for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it! If I’m not working to help my clients source the right mortgage and insurance for them, you’ll find me out and about with the children, walking the dogs or getting my nails done.
I decided to set up The Village Mortgage Hub to create a more personal advice journey. Being in a small village, I have seen a community of people supporting one another and I wanted to put that into my work. Getting a mortgage or insurance is about so much more than filling in applications and sorting documents, its about being there to understand your personal goals and circumstances. I take the time to get to know you, your goals and guide you to where you want to be, holding your hand as much or as little as you would like throughout the entire process.
Nikki previously fostered rescue dogs & puppies with the charity Paws4Thought - Somerset, helping them find their forever homes. She continues to help this fantastic cause.
